Mahgali Narasimhulu v. The State Of Andhra Pradesh
THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO W.P. No.42779 of 2016 O R D E R :
Heard counsel for the petitioner, the Government Pleader for Endowments appearing for respondents 1 to 4, and Sri A.Srikanth Reddy, Standing Counsel for 5th respondent.
2.
Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition challenging the inaction of the respondents in not transferring him to another suitable Temple in spite of the recommendation dt.22.06.2011 and 17.02.2012 of the 5th respondent, wherein the 5th respondent stated that the 5th respondent-Temple does not have the financial resources to pay the salaries of the petitioner. 3.
The Government Pleader for Endowments appearing for respondents 1 to 4 has produced proceedings dt.31.12.2016 of the 2nd respondent stating that the remuneration of the petitioner is enhanced to Rs.10,000/- per month of which, Rs.5,000/- would be paid to the petitioner from the Archakas & Other Employees Remuneration Fund, since the 5th respondent is unable to bear the expenditure to be incurred for enhancement of the salary of persons like the petitioner.
4.
Since there is no threat of termination of services of the petitioner and salary of the petitioner is also going to be paid by the respondents, I am of the opinion that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed.
5.
Therefore, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
6.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand dismissed.
