O R D E R

The prayer of the petitioner in this case is as under: "It is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, Order or direction, and more particularly in the nature of a "Writ of Mandamus" declaring the action of the Respondent No.1 in not causing inspection/ verification at the petitioner no 2 college for B.Ed Programmethereby seeking to withdraw the recognition granted to the Petitioner vide its 307th meeting held in March, 2016 on the ground of revival of the proceedings of January, 2011 impugned in WP No. 4617 of 2011 withdrawing the grant of recognition for offering B.Ed Course on account of wrongly treating WP No. 4617 of 2011 as dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 27.11.2015 in respect of which "for being mentioned" petition for correction of the said order passed in WP No.

4617 of 2011 is pending as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and consequently direct the Respondent No.1 to consider granting recognition to the Petitioner No.2 College for conducting B.Ed programme subject to the result of the inspection/verification to be conducted by the respondent no 1 for grant of recognition and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

Sri Siva Darshan, learned counsel representing Sri Avinash Desai, learned counsel for the petitioners, would state that pursuant to the interim order granted by this Court on 23.03.2016, the respondent authorities carried out a fresh inspection/verification of the second petitioner institution and being satisfied therewith it was also granted recognition by the National Council for Teacher Education. Learned counsel would therefore state that the cause in this writ petition no longer survives for consideration.

Recording the said statement, the writ petition is closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
