THE HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI KALYAN JYOTI SENGUPTA AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR PUBLIC INTEREST LITIGATION No.46 of 2015 ORDER: (per the Hon'ble The Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta) We have heard the learned counsel for the parties and at this stage, we should not go into the merit of the matter. We dispose of this Public Interest Litigation by the following order.

A complaint has been submitted by the petitioner before the fourth respondent - Project Director, Women & Children Development Department, ICDS Project, YSR Kadapa District. However, it has not been looked into. Hence, we direct the fourth respondent to look into the complaint submitted by the petitioner and take remedial measure, if permissible under the law. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order. The result of such action taken in terms of this order shall be communicated to the petitioner within a week thereafter. No order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
