HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.36278 of 2018 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner is that he made application on 15-09-2018 before the 3rd respondent under Rule 4(1) of Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizen Rules, 2011 read with Section 23(1) of Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007, but the same is not being numbered and taken up. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed. Learned counsel for the petitioner says that inspite of several efforts made by the petitioner, who is aged about 93 years, the 3rd respondent is not numbering and taking up the same for passing necessary orders.

In view of the same, if the petition filed by the petitioner is in order, the 3rd respondent shall number the same and pass necessary orders in accordance with law.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. _______________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 08-10-2018.
