Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 3.

Petitioner contends that he has applied on 29.12.2015 vide application No.LRS/3000020286 for regularization of his plot in accordance with G.O.Ms.No.151 dated 02.11.2015 but the respondents 3 and 4 are not taking any action thereon.

Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel states that the 3rd respondent will consider the petitioner's application, referred to above, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner.

In view of the same, this writ petition is disposed of directing the third respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's application referred to above, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision thereon to the petitioner.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
