HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No. 3423 of 2011 Order:

This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of the respondents in preventing the petitioner from conducting scholarship test and interfering with the administration of the schools of the petitioner trust for the academic year 2011-12 in respect of VI to X Classes for the incoming students.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing survives for adjudication in the Writ Petition and the matter has become infructuous.

3. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
