THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.10295 of 2015 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner-Accused No.3 under Sections 437 and 439 Cr.P.C. seeking to grant bail to him in Crime No.133 of 2015 on the file of Mandamarri Police Station, Adilabad District, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 120(b), 420, 468 and 471 IPC.

Heard and perused the material available on record. It is alleged that the petitioner and other accused with an intention to deceive the unemployed youth, collected huge amount from them and issued fake appointment orders. On a perusal of the material on record, it is apparent that the petitioner filed bail application before the Court below and the said application was dismissed.

The learned Public Prosecutor submitted that the bail applications filed by co-accused were dismissed and that the investigation has not yet been completed.

The allegations made against the petitioner are serious in nature and therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
