This Contempt Case is filed alleging wilful, deliberate and intentional violation of the order dated 26.02.2015, passed by this Court in W.P.No.2613 of 2015.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of the subsequent developments the petitioner does not desire to proceed with the present contempt case, as there is a compliance of the order dated 26.02.2015 passed by this court in W.P.No.2613 of 2015.
