This transfer petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C. to withdraw O.P.No.31 of 2015 from the file of Senior Civil Judge, Narsipatnam, Visakhapatnam District, and transfer the same to Sub Court, Rajahmundry, East Godavari District.

From the consensus arrived, this transfer petition is allowed. O.P.No.31 of 2015 is withdrawn from the file of Senior Civil Judge, Narsipatnam, Visakhapatnam District, and transferred to Sub Court, Rajahmundry, East Godavari District, with a direction to give preferential disposal, as prayed for. Further, both parties are directed to appear before the Family Court, Rajahmundry, on 24.10.2016 and ascertain therefrom the date of next hearing without any further notice and the Senior Civil Judge, Narsipatnam, is directed, by virtue of this order after receipt of copy of the order, to transmit the record immediately to Family Court, Rajahmundry, for its numbering and to proceed with a direction to give preferential disposal. 4.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
