THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.36420 of 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioners that for redressal of their grievance, the petitioners herein issued a legal notice to the respondentauthorities on 23.06.2018, but no action has been taken so far on the said legal notice.

On the other hand, Sri N.Ashok Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-Corporation, submits that if any such legal notice is received by the respondent-authorities, the same will be verified and appropriate orders will be passed/appropriate action will be taken, strictly in accordance with law, after giving notices to all the stakeholders.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directing the respondent-authorities to verify the legal notice, dated 23.06.2018, said to have been issued by the petitioners herein and take appropriate action, or, pass appropriate Orders, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, after giving notices to all the stakeholders.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
