THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.6205 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. is filed by the owner of the vehicle seeking a direction to the respondentpolice to release his vehicle seized in connection with Crime No.77 of 2016 on the file of S.H.O., III Town Police Station, Tenali, Guntur District.

Considering the nature of the relief, the petitioner herein is directed to file an application before the Court concerned where the crime is pending and on filing such an application, the Court below is directed to number the same and pass appropriate orders. If the petitioner is aggrieved over the orders that may be passed by the Court below, he is at liberty to approach the appropriate forum for appropriate relief.

The Criminal Petition is accordingly disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
