WPMP.No.4524 of 2015 in WP.No.9392 of 2011 & WPMP.No.4526 of 2015 in WP.No.9731 of 2011 & WPMP.No.4539 of 2015 in WP.No.9732 of 2011 These petitions are filed by the petitioner seeking permission to withdraw the writ petitions with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Government for preferential rights over the subject lands. Petitions are ordered.

WP.Nos.9392, 9731 and 9732 of 2011 In view of the above, the writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
