THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.14230 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused No.1 in C.C.No.5 of 2013 on the file of the Court of IV Metropolitan Magistrate, Erramanzil, Hyderabad.

At the time of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner has sought permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition. Learned counsel further submitted that the trial Court may be directed to dispose of the matter as early as possible.

Permission is granted.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned IV Metropolitan Magistrate, Erramanzil, Hyderabad, is hereby directed to dispose of C.C.No.5 of 2013 as early as possible, preferably, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
