As per the proceeding sheet-docket order dated: 7-3-2018, since the matter being adjourned from time to time only on the request of the petitioner, this Court felt that the petitioner is not showing any interest and in the interests of justice caused to post the matter under the caption, "For Dismissal" today. 2.

In spite of posting the matter, under the caption, "For Dismissal" today, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner and there is no representation, which clearly show that the petitioner is acting diligently and he has no interest to prosecute the matter.

In the result, this Criminal Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution while vacating the interim stay granted in Crl.M.P. No.5502/ 2011, dated: 12-7-2011.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Petition, shall stand closed.
