No additional affidavit is filed as observed this Court on 17.12.2015 as the present writ affidavit lacks material particulars. It is also not stated in the writ affidavit as to what is the common cause of action for 32 petitioners. In view of the same, this writ petition is dismissed. However, the petitioners are at liberty to file individual writ petitions, if they are so advised.

There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stands dismissed.
