HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION NO. 1709 OF 2015 ORDER:
At the admission stage, the following order is passed.
Having regard to the fact that charge sheet has been filed in this matter and the trial court has taken cognizance of the offence, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings. However, if the petitioners/A3 & A8 are so advised they are at liberty to file a discharge application and in which case, the trial court shall dispose of the same on merits at the earliest. Further, on the request of counsel for petitioners, the appearance of petitioners/A3 & A8 in C.C.No. 1068 of 2012 on the file of IX Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, is dispensed with except on the occasions when the trial court requires their attendance.
Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
