THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI W.P.No.38594 of 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the written instructions dated 06.10.2018 furnished by the Station House Officer, Mangalhat Police Station, Hyderabad, are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader.

According to the said instructions, the respondent police did not receive any complaint said to have been lodged by the petitioner on 10.09.2018 and as such, no action has been taken. It is further stated that it is always open to the petitioner to approach the respondent police with fresh complaint or similar one for taking necessary action. Having regard to the above instructions, the petitioner is given liberty to file fresh complaint before the respondent police for taking necessary action in accordance with law.
