Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Irrigation placed before this Court the letter No.DB/JTO.2/Nagari/1032 M, dated 18.12.2015 and submits that the representation of the petitioner was considered and the same was communicated to the petitioner vide the aforesaid letter dated 18.12.2015.

Recording aforesaid submission of the learned counsel, the Contempt Case is closed. However, it is open for the petitioner to challenge the communication dated 18.12.2015. No order as to costs.
