There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 2.

The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under:- "... to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the high handed action of the Respondents No.3 to 5 in involving civil disputes and detaining the petitioner and other beneficiaries of weaker section house plots illegally at the police station, at the instance of Respondent No.6 to 8 in order to disturb their possession over weaker section house site pattas granted in Survey No.319 of Batasingaram Village, Hayathnagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District is arbitrary and illegal and against the principles of Natural Justice and consequently issue a direction to the respondents No.2 to cause enquiry over the illegal acts of the Respondents No.3 to 5 and take action against them as per law and pass such other order or orders appropriate in the case."

Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 placed on record the written instructions, dated 21.11.2019, issued by the Assistant Sub-Inspector of Police, Hayathnagar Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate.

From the perusal of the said written instructions, it is revealed that the allegation of the petitioner that the 3rd respondent is interfering with the disputes between the petitioner and other beneficiaries of weaker section house plots illegally at the police

station and also sending men to their colony is false and denied. It is specifically denied that the respondents 3 and 4 summoned the petitioner to the police station and sending the respondent police men to their colony.

In that view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that there are no merits in the writ petition and the same is liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
