THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.34999 of 2015 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner was that the Station House Officer, K.V.B.Puram Police Station, K.V.B.Puram Post and Mandal, Chittoor District, was not registering a case upon his complaint dated 13.10.2015. Relying on the written instructions dated 03.11.2015 furnished by the Sub Inspector of Police, K.V.B.Puram Police Station, Chittoor District, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home informed this Court that basing upon the complaint of the petitioner, Crime No.34 of 2015 was registered under Sections 447 and 506 I.P.C. read with Section 34 I.P.C. on the file of K.V.B.Puram Police Station. A copy of the said F.I.R. is also placed on record. In that view of the matter, the grievance of the petitioner stands settled. The police authorities shall strive to complete the investigation in Crime No.34 of 2015 on the file of K.V.B.

Puram Police Station, Chittoor District expeditiously and take appropriate action in the matter thereafter in accordance with law. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
