Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition.

Permission is accorded and the writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. The miscellaneous petitions filed in this writ petition shall also stand disposed of.
