THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.1306 of 2015 ORDER:

Upon hearing both sides, at the admission stage, the following Order is passed:

Having regard to the prima facie nature of accusation contained in the FIR, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings. Hence, the investigation shall continue. However, considering the fact that some of the petitioners are women and old aged persons, the Police of Uppal Police Station, Cyderabad, are directed not to arrest the petitioners/Accused Nos. 2 to 6 during the course of investigation. The petitioners shall cooperate with the investigating agency for smooth completion of investigation.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
