ORDER:

This company petition is filed for an order to wind up respondent No.1 company for non-payment of the debts allegedly due to the petitioner.

At the hearing, Mr.Avadesh Narayan Sanghi, learned counsel representing Mr.Pratap Narayan Sanghi, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the respondents have agreed to pay the debt due to his client and that therefore, his client seeks withdrawal of the company petition.

In the light of the above submission, the Company Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
