Heard.

The petitioner states that his grand father viz., Pujari Rami Reddy was granted ryotwari patta vide S.R.No.55/11(a) with regard to the land admeasuring Ac.0-34 gts., in Sy.No.190/13 situated at Kothapalem Village, Renigunta Mandal, Chittoor District. It is also stated that the then Collector, Chittoor, vide DDTS.No.12371/87, dated 16-08-1989, directed the then Mandal Revenue Officer to implement of the said ryotwari patta in the revenue records. The petitioner, however, complains that even till today, the said order is not implemented, neither ryotwari patta is granted nor pattadar pass books are issued. The present writ petition is filed alleging inaction on the part of respondents 3 and 4 in implementing the said order.

Though the matter was adjourned to enable the learned Government Pleader to get instructions, no instructions are forthcoming. Hence, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondents 3 and 4 to verify the orders, as referred to above, and if the said orders have attained finality, take immediate steps to implement the said orders without further loss of time and in any case, within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
