HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.40864 of 2018 ORDER:

The petitioner challenges the impugned order in Rc.No.B/223/2018, dated 26-07-2018 passed by the 4th respondent.

Admittedly, the petitioner has an alternative remedy of appeal against the impugned order. In view of the same, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedy of appeal against the impugned order. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
