THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION Nos.3903, 3904, 3906 and 3908 of 2002 COMMON ORDER:
When these matters are taken up for hearing, it is reported by Sri N.Aswartha Narayana, learned counsel for the 1st respondent workmen in Writ Petition No.3904 of 2002 that in pursuance to the orders passed by the Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court, Anantapur, the services of the 1st respondent workmen have been regularized and their cases were also considered for further promotion.
Learned Government Pleader submits that challenging the award passed by the Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court, all these four writ petitions have been filed and the Government have implemented the award in favour of the workmen, regularized their services and considered their cases for further promotion. Therefore, the cause in these writ petitions does not survive. Recording the said submission, all the Writ Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
