Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present petition has become infructuous in view of the compromise entered into by the parties.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also represent that the matter was compromised in the Lok Adalat on 29.07.2016. In view of the submissions made by both sides, the present Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
