HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.V.SESHA SAI W .P.No.3 6 3 3 7 of 2 0 1 8 ORDER: - When the matter is taken up, the written instructions, dated 12.11.2018 and a notice, dated 12.11.2018, issued by the S.I. of Police, Takkali P.S., Srikakulam District, asking the petitioner to approach the competent civil Court for redressal of her grievance, are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of, by placing on record the said instructions furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Tekkali, Srikakulam District, and the notice, dated 12.11.2018, issued by the S.I. of Police, Tekkali, Srikakulam District. However, it is open for the petitioner herein to avail the other remedies, if any, available to her, if so advised. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand disposed of.
