This petition is filed, by the petitioners, seeking for quash of the proceedings against them in C.C.No.369 of 2013 on the file of the Court of Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad. The offences alleged are under Sections 324, 323 r/ w 34 IPC. 2.

The Public Prosecutor files a Memo stating that the matter has been compromised before the National Lok Adalat on 08.07.2017.

Hence, considering the above, this court opines that continuation of further proceedings against the petitioners would be an abuse of process of law.

Recording the said submission, the Criminal Petition is closed. Interim stay granted by this court on 21.06.2013 in this petition shall stand vacated.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
