HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.3946 of 2014 ORDER :

Heard both sides.

There is nothing to interfere with the impugned order of the lower Court dismissing the application seeking impleadment of the Government, the so-called paramount owner of the property, in opposite contest in possession, for that trial Court to decide, who got possessory title, if any, and the contention that Government is a necessary party is also left open for the trial Court to decide. 3.

Hence, the civil revision petition is disposed of for nothing to interfere with the order of the lower Court with the above observations.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
