In view of the letter, dated 13-03-2015 filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner, seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the Contempt Case, permission is accorded. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.

The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Contempt Case shall stand closed.
