This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner-Accused under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking to grant anticipatory bail to him in FIR No.1266 of 2015 of P.S. Vigilance, APTS RR (N), Ranga Reddy District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 135(a) of the Electricity Act, 2003.

Heard and perused the material available on record. It is alleged that the petitioner committed theft of energy. From the complaint, it is obvious that the petitioner committed the same offence earlier on two occasions. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
