Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased Issue a writ, order or direction, more particularly, one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in illegally confining husband of the Petitioner and seizing the vehicles, mobile phones without returning them as illegal and unconstitutional and consequently direct the respondent authorities not to interfere with the possession and enjoyment of the petitioner of vehicle Tata Sumo Gold bearing Regn. No.

AP-31- CR-9733 and compensate her for the trauma the petitioner and her family under went after declaring that the actions of the respondents in this regard is illegal and not authorized by law. The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of SRI K. S. MURTHY, Advocate for the Petitioner(s) and the Govt. Pleader for Home(AP) on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 to 4, the Court made the following.

ORDER :- "The instructions of the learned Government Pleader state that Cr.No. 134 of 2015 is pending before Gajuwaka Police Station and the petitioner, who is the owner of the vehicle, can approach the said Police Station for release of the vehicle as per law.

Post on 18/03/2015 in 'ML' to enable the petitioner to obtain release of the vehicle."
