This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C. seeking to withdraw F.C.O.P.No.104 of 2016 from the file of the Family Court, Karimnagar, and transfer the same to the file of the Additional Family Court, City Civil Court at Hyderabad, to try along with F.C.O.P.No.1476 of 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the transfer petition and he also filed a memo to that effect.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
