ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
"..... to issue a Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction on the part of respondent No.3 on the petitioner's representations, dated 30.10.2015 and 02.01.2016 submitted for prevention of illegal construction of RCC building being undertaken by respondent No.4 adjoining Sathupally-Jangareddygudem Main Road and southern adjoining her house bearing Door No.4-18/C1 at Perayagudem Village in Aswaraopeta Mandal of Khammam District as illegal and amounts to non-
discharge of legal obligation conferred on respondent No.3 under the provisions of Andhra Pradesh Panchayat Raj Act, 1994 and consequently, to direct respondent No.1 to prevent respondent No.4 from undertaking the said illegal construction, by removing the already erected portion thereof."
At the hearing, Mr. Borra Siva Sankara Rao, learned counsel representing Mr. Namavarapu Chanti Babu, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.1418 of 2016 shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
