O R D E R

This writ petition is filed for a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondent No.2 in not taking action on the representation dated 19.09.2011 filed stating objection to the installation of roof top Cellular towers with equipment belonging to respondents 3 and 4 in the premises of 5th respondent as illegal and arbitrary and for a consequential direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to remove the illegal and unauthorised installation of roof top Cellular tower.

Today, when the matter is taken up hearing, Sri N.Ashok Kumar appearing for respondents 1 and 2 submits that the municipal authorities have already initiated action and as on today, the cell tower is not functioning. In view of the aforesaid submission, the cause in the writ petition no longer survives for adjudication. Hence, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
