This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 1 to 5 in not registering FIR against respondent Nos.6, 7 and 8, as illegal and arbitrary. Heard both sides.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent police to take action on the complaint of the petitioner, in accordance with the guidelines laid down by the Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttar Pradesh (2014) 2 SCC 1. No order as to costs.
