THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.6875 of 2011 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the petitioners/A1 and A2 under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in Crime No.94 of 2011 of Meerpet Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 406, 418, 423, 425, 468, 471 and 34 IPC.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the very purpose of filing the present criminal petition has become infructuous and no further orders need be passed.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
