THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.6240 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by A.1 to A.5 seeking to quash the orders of the XXVI Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Maheshwaram dated 16.3.2016 in issuing Non-Bailable Warrants against them.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor. Perused the material on record. In the circumstances of the case, the petitioners are directed to surrender before the Court below and file an application seeking to recall the warrant.

On filing such application, the Court below is directed to recall the Warrants issued against the petitioners on the same day on each of them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.1,000/- with one surety for the likesum with an undertaking for their further appearance for trial before it.

The Criminal Petition is accordingly disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
