This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the judgment dated 19.04.2016 in C.M.A.No.120 of 2013 on the file of the XXV Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court at Hyderabad.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the civil revision petition with liberty to urge the points raised in this revision before the trial Court at appropriate time.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting the liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs.
