HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.26512 of 2014 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the proceedings of the 3rd respondent vide No.B/357/2013, dated 16-07-2014 sought to resume the land to an extent of Ac.1-10 guntas in Sy.No.233/3 situated at Nizampet Village, Qutbullapur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District from the possession of petitioner, though the provisions of A.P. Assigned Land (Prohibition of Transfer) Rules, 1977 have no application to the said land, as the said land was alienated in favour of his vendor's vendor under Rule 9(g) of Laoni Rules on payment of market value.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the lis in the writ petition is covered by order dated 05-07-2018 passed by this Court in WP.No.24070 of 2014. The same is not disputed by learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of the same, for the reasons alike in the said order, this writ petition is also allowed. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
