I.A.No.1 of 2025 (FOR BEING MENTIONED) This petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to correct the name of the Court in order dated 16.12.2025 in Crl.P.No.16320 of 2025.

Heard both sides. Perused the record.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners that due to oversight the name of Court in the affidavit is wrongly mentioned as Station House Officer, Mahadevpur Police Station, the same is corrected. Hence, the name of the Court in para 6(i) is replaced with 'Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Jayashankar Bhupalpally District.

Accordingly, the application is allowed. Office is directed to carry out necessary corrections and issue fresh copy.
