When the matter is taken up, written instructions dated 11-10-2018 furnished by the Inspector of Police, Women Police Station, CCS, Hyderabad are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader (Home).

According to the said instructions, the Police did not receive any complaint from the petitioner herein.

On noticing the same, a request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to keep it open for the petitioner herein to lodge a fresh complaint.

Recording the said submission, leaving it open to the petitioner herein to lodge a fresh complaint with the police for necessary action, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
