THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE T.SUNI L CHOWDARY CRIMINAL REVISION CASE NO.2981 OF 2016 ORDER:

This revision case is filed by the petitioners under Sections 397 and 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure challenging the issuance of summons by the Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Markapur, Prakasam District, in W.D.V.C.No.10 of 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the revision case with liberty to avail the remedies available to the petitioners under law. 3.

The Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this criminal revision case, shall stand closed.
