THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE R. KANTHA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.15296 of 2013 ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed by the petitioners-A1 to A7 under Section 438 of the Criminal Procedure Code seeking anticipatory bail in Crime No.100 of 2013 of Mydukur Police Station, Kadapa District, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 379, 427, 324, 120-B, 149 of IPC and Section 7(1) of Criminal Law Amendment Act, 1932 and 25(1-B) of Arms Act.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners - A1 to A7 and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent-state.

3. It is alleged against the petitioners that on 04.03.2013 in the afternoon, they attacked the shops of the muslims in the four road junction of Mydukur town, caused them severe injuries and also had stolen away cash of Rs.74,000/-.

4. In view of the aforesaid allegations, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
