THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.V. BHASKAR REDDY Contempt Case No.1701 of 2014 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed by the petitioners alleging wilful disobedience of the order passed by a learned Single Judge of this Court in WPMP.No.16937 of 2011 in Writ Petition No.14007 of 2011, dated 14.06.2011.

Vide above order, this Court directed the respondents/Municipal Corporation therein not to interfere with the possession of the petitioners i.e.,0-30 guntas of land in Sy.No. 357, Kanajiguda, Alwal, Malkajgiri Mandal, Ranga Reddy District pending disposal of the Writ Petition. 3.

Heard Sri V. Dhanunjay Reddy, learned standing Counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 2.

This Court on 28.08.2015 directed to issue notice to the respondents in Contempt Case.

On 01.03.2017, the main writ petition was dismissed for non-prosecution and no steps have been taken by the petitioners so far for revival of the writ petition.

Today also, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of petitioners. 7.

since the main writ petition is already dismissed for non-prosecution, therefore, the interim orders granted by this Court does not survive.

This Court is of the considered view that no further orders are necessary in this Contempt Case.
