The case of the petitioner is that he submitted application under Form 6A of the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 on 08.08.2016, before the 2nd respondent for grant of pattadar pass books and title deeds. But, till today the 2nd respondent has not taken any action in disposing of the said application. Aggrieved by the same present writ petition is filed.

Heard both sides.

Since the application of the petitioner dated 08.08.2016 under Form 6A is pending before the 2nd respondent, without going into the merits of the case, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the application of the petitioner and dispose of the same after issuing notice to the petitioner, in accordance with law. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
