THE HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE G. ANUPAMA CHAKRAVARTHY CRIMINAL PETITION No.731 of 2015 ORDER :

This criminal petition is filed seeking to modify the order in Crl.M.P.No. 88 of 2014 in Crl.A.No. 328 of 2014 dated 16.05.2014 on the file of IV Additional District & Sessions Judge at L.B.Nagar, R.R.District.

On 21.12.2022, 06.01.2023, 10.01.2023, 30.01.2023, and 01.02.2023, there was no representation for the petitioner. 3.

Therefore, the Court has directed the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor to report about the stage of the case and listed the matter under the caption "for dismissal. 4.

On 06.02.2023 and 08.02.2023 though the matter was listed under the caption 'for dismissal' there was no representation for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor sought time as e-court server is down, therefore, he could not verify the stage of the case. 5.

Today learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that Criminal Appeal itself was disposed of on 25.01.2016. Therefore, this Court is of the considered view that nothing survives for adjudication in this criminal petition.

Therefore, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
