As seen from the proceeding sheet, when this matter is listed on 20.01.2016 as there was no representation on behalf of appellants, it was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal' to this day. Today when the matter came up for hearing, advocate for appellants sought adjournment. Request for adjournment is refused. It seems that appellants are not interested to prosecute this case.

Therefore, second appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.
