Petitioner/Party-in-person not present.

At the time of admission, this Court passed order on 21-11-2014 stating that order dated 09-02-2012, is modified by the subsequent order dated 25-06-2012, has been implemented and the writ petitioner/party-in-person has handed over the charge and custody of the materials. Holding the same, the WPMP is dismissed. The prayer in the WPMP and main prayer is almost same.

In view of the same, the cause in the writ petition does not survive.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
